The Handling Services Module is a fully integrated module to schedule and record service provisions by the airport or handling agent to a specific flight. From cleaning through to refueling and de-icing, it ensures that all revenue items are recorded for billing. Based on handling contracts configured in the application, service provision will be planned and/or charged automatically for confirmed flights. It uses the confirmed movement details to generate expected chargeable services. Any additional or ad hoc service provisions can be easily added or removed manually by authorised users. Also, the web-based nature of AirLink allows for information to be accessed and recorded directly from the apron.
