MODULES

AirLink features numerous functionalities such as flight management and information sharing with stakeholders via videotext, information displays (FIDS), public address system and corporate website. The system can be used for financial management, or it can be linked to accounting software. AirLink can also be used to manage the airport agenda, issues tracking, creating duty reports and support technical services such as airport facility management. Thanks to the flexible and modular architecture of AirLink each of these functionalities and others can be added to or removed from the system.

By selecting the appropriate modules, it is possible to create an airport solution that best meets your needs and budget. Additional modules can be added at any time, allowing AirLink to expand with your airport.

If you need specific functionality that is not yet accommodated by the available modules, AirLink can be extended with custom modules. These bespoke modules are designed, built, and maintained for your airport.

Flight Planning

The Flight Planning Module allows you to create and maintain your airport’s master schedule interactively or by importing schedules.

Flight Management

The Flight Management Module ensures that flight related data is made available to all airport stakeholders – in real time.

Resource Planning

The Resource Planning Module is designed for the efficient allocation of resources against the airport flight schedule.

Airport Billing

During the flights administrative process from initial scheduling until invoicing, flight data is augmented by the airport stakeholders and the system interfaces.

Handling Services

The Handling Services Module is a fully integrated module to schedule and record service provisions by the airport or handling agent to a specific flight.

Public Announcement

With the Public Announcement Module, you can quickly and conveniently inform passengers and staff
about the latest flight, airport emergency and retail information.

Airport Intelligence

The Airport Intelligence Module allows the airport management to process statistical information.

Work Permit

Allowing people to work on the airside or landside of an airport is a labour-intensive and administration-intensive task. This module will simplify this process.

Operational Reporting

Running an airport is a complex task involving a lot of administration. It involves the registration of NOTAMS, SNOWTAMS, engine test runs, and much more.

Shift Recording

The Shift Recording Module provides an easy way for staff or managers to create a daily overview of active staff and their assigned shifts.

Safety Management

Safety is one of the major concerns of an airport. This module supports airports in setting up and
maintaining a reactive as well as proactive Safety Management System efficiently.

Read and Sign

The Read and Sign Module ensures that all employees are informed about significant (procedural) changes or important information.

Examination

Many employees and suppliers are required to be certified on a regular basis to perform their duties at the airport. This module organises, keeps track of and manages access to the educational materials.

Certification Management

The Certification Management Module is designed to keep track of certifications which employees are required to maintain to perform their jobs.

Airport Inspection

Initial, routine and event-driven inspections are part of any airport’s operation. With the inspection module, these inspections can be planned and allocated.

Airside Vehicle Permit

National and international regulations may require that vehicles used on airside have a valid Airside Vehicle Permit (AVP).

Bulletin Board

The Bulletin Board Module allows staff to view and share the status of key operational parameters such as runway, platform and taxiway status.

Task Management

The Task Management Module allows staff to create tasks and assign these to themselves or to others. Plan, track, and collaborate effortlessly on tasks.

Visitor Pass

To gain access to the buildings and grounds, visitors must be in possession of a visitor pass. These are requested by an authorized pass holder for his or her visitors. The process of applying for, assessing, issuing and collecting passes is guaranteed with this module.
