The Read and Sign Module ensures that all employees are informed about significant (procedural) changes or important information. To inform employees, an authorised user can create a document to read and sign. When new documents are available, the employee is informed by e-mail and directly after logging into the system. The user can only continue working in AirLink by actively choosing to read or skip the message. If, and how often, the message can be skipped is configurable for each message by the authorised user. The module also allows reading and signing of documents outside of the AirLink application, by making use of one-time access tokens via e-mail. This makes the module suitable for usage not only within your organisation but externally as well.
